So I have lost 2 more lbs

This puts me at 199. All I can do is yahooooooo!!! I will have to say that adding more veggies besides iceberg and various lettuces from salads such as broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus and eating them more frequently has helped. Additionally, walking and day hiking has helped alot. And eating a big breakfast. There is something about eating when you first get up (whether at 8 or 11 a.m.) that helps too. I am eating more carbs and that might be helping my energy levels to allow me to get out and exercise and work around the house (I am up and down the stairs alot). So, at least, I have something worthwhile to report. We are in the process of acquiring a stationary bike and a treadmill that some people are wanting to get rid of. People pay good money for these things and then end up getting rid of them. My problem is where to put them. Oh, I am sure we will find someplace. Hopefully near a tv. I notice that I am not eating while watching tv. My knitting is far more interesting and gives my hands something to do. That is a big change.
