What is new today

I am wondering what is helping me with my energy levels? I have had more energy lately than I have had in a long time. Is it the vitamines and supplements I have been taking? I am also taking one packet of Emergen-C, an energy vitamin supplement that you put in water and drink, on top of my supplements that I take in pill form. I am also eating more carbs, in the form of low carb bread, but I eat that in my first meal of the day. In addition, I have increased my veggie intake, even if it is not in the form of salads (salads are easier to deal with than having to cook veggies). I don't know quite what it is, if it is maybe all of these things, but if so, I think I will keep doing them . I like energy. I like having more energy than I have had in a long time, and would like much more. In addition, I am at the PMS point of the month, and I don't feel miserable. Is it the dong quai? I think so, and I am not going to stop using it. It is already in my vitamins and I have teas to drink too. Yayyyyyy!!!

I will admit, though, that yesterday, I did not go out and walk like I should have. I sat around and read alot, knitted, and watched movies. Today, as soon as I get done with my blogs, it will become a priority. I might even go to a golf range and work on my technique.
